  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed limewater
  • 2 tbsps of glycerin
  • 1 tbsp rosewater
  • Water
  • Foot scrubber/ Pumice stone

What to do?

  1. Fill a bucket with warm water and add salt, 8-10drops of freshly squeezed limewater, 1 tbsp of glycerin and ½ tbsp of rosewater in it. Dip your feet in the water for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Now taking a Foot scrubber or Pumice stone scrub your heels and the sides of your feet with it.
  3. Now mix the remaining quantities of limewater, glycerin and rosewater together and apply the mixture over your cracked and dry heels. Slip on socks over your feet and leave it on overnight.
  4. Rinse the mixture off with warm water in the morning.

Rice Flour, honey and apple cider vinegar

  • 2-3 tbsps of ground rice

  3. Take your feet out of the warm water and apply the paste on the cracks and rub them for about 3-4 minutes until the dead skin falls off.
  4. You can use this foot scrub twice a week

Oatmeal and Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp powdered (grounded will also do) oatmeal.
  • 5-6 drops of olive oil

What to do?

  1. Mix the powdered or grounded oatmeal in a bowl until a thick paste is formed.
  2. Now apply this exfoliating foot mask over the feet, paying special attention to the cracked heels.
  3. Leave your heels with the scrub on for about half an hour and then wash it off with cold water and pat dry.
